Sense of Smell
Our sense of smell is closely linked to our limbic system, the oldest part of the brain and home to our emotions. Aroma-psychology in particular, uses essential oils to positively affect the mind. Not only does it uplift the mood and enhances our confidence, the psychological effects of the aroma also help in memory enhancement and improve our learning process.

Our moods directly affect our well-being, our mental health. Valerie Ann Worwood (1995), a famous aromatherapist, reminds us not to underestimate the importance of mental health in our lives. By attending to it, we attend to our whole being – the mind, body & soul. At Renascent, we cannot help but agree wholeheartedly
